GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. VALIDITY :
All prices quoted to the Client are on a net basis and in United States dollars and valid according to the date specified on the quotation and/or Invoice issued to the Client. Steppe Travel warranty that the prices or rates quoted to the Client are correct at the time of issuance of the Clients quotation and/or Invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation with or without prior notice.
2. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations are to be made to our office. Upon confirmation of reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is required to start reservation. The remaining balance of total value is due 10 days prior or upon your arrival in Vietnam. Otherwise, Steppe Travel may at his sole discretion cancel the booking without any refund of sums already paid to Steppe Travel by the Client.
Steppe Travel also reserve the right to change any arrangement (including tours, programs, prices and services) in the best interest of its Client, with or without prior notice.
3. PAYMENT :
Except as otherwise by Steppe Travel Vietnam, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash or credit card. Except for cash payment, service charge may apply
In case credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be executed by swifter telegraphic transfer to the following bank account:

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT GUIDE
Most of major cards are accepted such as: Visa, Master, Amex and JCB.
A service charge will be applied for all payments by cards
– 2.5% if payment made by Visa or Master cards
– 3.6% if payment made by Amex or JCB cards.
We connect with Paypal Payment Gateway, and accept Online Card Payment (www.paypal.com). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Once you receive your order via a link, please connect and check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please check the Travel Terms and click “I agree with Terms and Conditions” and Submit.
You will be redirected to PayPal Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB Card. Just Click Here and follow its instruction, you will get the receipt number and the transaction code and the deposit details.
Please note, in some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:
– In correct card information
– Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
– Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY :
Save for the case where a client loses its deposit, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Steppe Travel but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the client shall be liable to pay those charges to Steppe Travel. The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the clients who cancelled their tour:
– More than 30 days before arrival in the country : no cancellation charge
– Between 30 and 21 days prior to the arrival date : 20% of total tour cost
– Between 20 and 8 days prior to the arrival date : 40% of total tour cost
– Between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the arrival date : 60% of total tour cost
– Less than 72 hours prior arrival date : 80% of total tour cost
– No-show or on arrival date : full charge
Special: depending on airlines and cruise cancellation policies, the above conditions may be modified.
Steppe Travel shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client
It is the understanding of the Parties that Steppe Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transportation operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to Client/Agent, by reason of breach of Services or unsatisfactory Services provided to the Client by third parties or by ways Indemnity of in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, charge in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Steppe Travel and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the Services to the Client. Client/Agent warrants that Steppe Travel shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.
All disputes, claims ad litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim, or litigation should be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
All claims must be submitted in writing 30days after the end of the Services.
