How do I check availability?
All of our trips are based on daily departure and guarantee to depart with minimum 2 travelers.

Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance before your departure.
Many trip trips especially promotion trips are non-refundable and requested full payment in advance, travel insurance can protect you from losing money. So we recommend you purchase insurance plan which covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage or personal effects.
Also, illness or unforeseen circumstance can be very expensive. Medical care abroad is not covered by domestic insurance plan, so your travel insurance plan should include a minimum medical expenses with emergency repatriation.
Is my credit card safe?
We connect with Paypal Payment Gateway, and accept Online Card Payment (www.paypal.com). All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard.

How do I make changes to my booking?
Except for the hot deal trips which conditions are non-change, non-refund, you can change your booking to your convenient time. If you are obligate to change your booking due to your personal issues, please be sure you make change on time to avoid additional charges.
Change/cancel conditions are advised precisely in our sent out email. Please read carefully.
Can I cancel my booking?
Save for the case where a client loses its deposit, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by Steppe Travel but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the client shall be liable to pay those charges to Steppe Travel. The cancellation charges refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the clients who cancelled their tour.
